ON-SITE BREAKDOWN SUPPORT

All vehicles under Tata International Zambia are eligible for Roadside Assistance and the Recovery Program based on the requirement.

The Roadside Assistance and Recovery Program are comprised of:

  • On-site breakdown support and roadside assistance - 365 days a year.
  • Towing of the vehicle to the nearest service center in case the vehicle cannot be attended to on-site.
  • Roadside assistance is not covered outside the borders of Zambia.

Support specialists

Our field support specialists are there to take ownership of the technical issues faced by our customers and will assist in delivering technical and non-technical solutions. They are multi-skilled in both Tata and Daewoo heavy commercial vehicles. In our quest for continuous improvement, ongoing training and upskilling will remain critical and will empower support staff to handle any issues as they arise. The programme further supports the investment in our staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and that their skills are of the highest quality.
