The Tata Group's African journey began with the setting up of Tata International Zambia in 1977 with the export of Tata Motors' trucks and buses into Zambia. Tata International Zambia has stood the test of time, gaining a large portion of the market share in commercial vehicle sales in the mining and FMCG industries, which are at the core of Zambia’s economy.
With 11 touch points across Zambia and Malawi, our advanced technology vehicles and superior after-sales service across the different brands have made a visible difference for all our customers. Tata International Zambia is the sole distributor of Tata Motors and Daewoo commercial vehicles, and John Deere Agriculture, Construction and Forestry equipment. We are also an authorised distributor of Force Motors and Jaguar Land Rover vehicles.
